Getting Started: Your Complete Teams Tutorial

Step 1: Create Your First Team

1. Log into your Nebula Block account at nebulablock.com
2. Navigate to Teams — Look for the “Team” option in your left sidebar
3. Click “Create Team” — You’ll see a prominent button to get started
4. Fill in the details:

• Team Name: Choose something descriptive for your project or organization
• Team Description: Add context about what your team will be working on

5. Click “Create” — Your team is now ready!

Congratulations! You’re now the Owner of your new team with full administrative privileges.

Step 2: Invite Team Members

1. Go to your Team page — Access it from the left sidebar
2. Find the Members Management section
3. Click “Invite Member”
4. Choose the appropriate role:

• Member Role — Perfect for developers and researchers who need to:
  • Run inference requests
  • Connect to and use models
  • View their personal usage analytics
• Admin Role — Ideal for team leads who need to:
  • Manage team members and invitations
  • Access detailed team analytics
  • Oversee resource usage and optimization
• Owner Role — Reserved for ultimate administrators who need:
  • Full control over all team resources
  • Ability to transfer team ownership
  • Complete administrative privileges

5. Copy the invitation link — Share this securely with your team member

6. Send the link — Your invitee will receive immediate access to join

Step 3: Managing Your Team

Tracking Invitations

Monitor all pending invitations in the Pending Invites section. Here you can:

• View who hasn’t joined yet
• Cancel invitations if needed
• Resend links when necessary
